Morning True 2 Lifers!
We just got back from Washington DC late last night, trying to capture and be part of the historic moment. For those that didn’t go, unless you had some exclusive tickets to swearing-in or tickets to attend the highest profile balls, I can’t say you missed too much - besides the story-telling rights to your grandkids. You did miss the OD amounts of unnecessary Obama exploitation, but we’re not here to knock anyone’s hustle. We had alot of fun and it was definitely dope to see so many people unified in support of our first African American president. We’ll be posting a vlog of our experience at Obama’s inauguration soon.

What’s Good True 2 Lifers?
Sorry for the slight delay on the release. We had an interview with Hot 93.7 that threw off our plans to finalize this album earlier. But its still Thursday the 15th and here is “Larger Than Life“!! We will be liberating the liner notes shortly. But for now download and enjoy! Click here for free download.

“Larger Than Life” is a collection of original music inspired by The Notorious B.I.G. We produced (and unfortunately needful to say, wrote) everything on this project. It only features appearances from Biggie, Riche Bell, Cam Beatz and DJ Joey Franchize.
We will be releasing a follow up to this project shortly. We’ll again recapture that feel of that era in hip-hop during Biggie’s reign and feature some familiar artists.

After the red carpet premiere the day before, on Thursday Jan. 8th, we attended the private Cast and Crew Screening of “Notorious” at Brooklyn Academy of Music. Here is a video of the experience courtesy of 5gs.

What’s Good True 2 Lifers?
Here is the second part (part 1 is here) of our video from being on set for the movie “Notorious” hitting theaters Jan 16th. As you know, True 2 Life Music is featured in the movie. Here is some quick footage from the “Notorious” Premiere at the AMC in Lincoln Center, Wednesday 1.09.2009. Had to hide the recording device for the most part because they were confiscating those and I kept it during the movie to get some bootleg clips for the black market. But sitting next to ice t and coco deterred my plans.
Last night we went to the Brooklyn cast and crew screening. I think movie was even more enjoyable the second time watching. It’s a truly moving experience. So make sure you see it…twice. We’ll be posting some video and pics from last night as well.
